Hemi-sync is a technology developed by Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Institute. Hemi-sync is short for Hemispheric Synchronization aka Brainwave synchronization. Monroe claimed that the technique synchronizes the two hemispheres of one's brain, thereby creating a 'frequency-following response' designed to evoke certain effects. Hemi-sync can allegedly be used for many purposes, including relaxation and sleep induction, learning and memory aids, helping those with physical and mental difficulties, and reaching altered states of consciousness through the use of sound.
The technique involves using sound waves to entrain brain waves. Wearing headphones, Monroe claimed that brains respond by producing a third sound (called binaural beats) that he believed to encourage various brainwave activity.

LISTEN WITH STEREO HEADPHONES
Beautiful music and binaural beats for effortless relaxation and deep healing by illume in essence.
(Jandy Rainbow & Tahlee Rouillon)
These sound vibrations are a profound way to empower your own healing journey & self-development. They assist you to build stress resilience; generate healthy sleep patterns; develop positive mental health; and access those deep states of relaxation that bring healing to our minds and bodies.
Binaural beats directly stimulate neural activity through the use of stereo headphones. Long term use help our brains form new & relaxed neural pathways - making it easier to become & stay relaxed.
The vibrating sound you are hearing is the combination of two different frequencies of pure sound, presented separately to the left and right ears.
Sound is normally processed in the auditory cortex of the brain.
However, when these two frequencies are heard in stereo headphones, our brains respond in a remarkably different manner -- creating a binaural beat.
Binaural beats are calculated by the whole brain. The left & right hemispheres of the brain work in unison to calculate the difference between the two frequencies. As our brain becomes synchronised by this stimulus, we are guided into deep meditative states. This stimulus provides a healthy neurological exercise & meditation experience combined.
Binaural beats enable you to go beyond meditation.

LISTEN WITH STEREO HEADPHONES
According to Dr Len Horowitz some leading genetic bio chemist suggest frequency 528 is the miraculous repair frequency for damaged DNA.
There is a special sound and color of love according to Dr. Horowitz, a Harvard-trained award-winning investigator. Broadcasting the right frequency can help open your heart, prompt peace, and hasten healing. "We now know the love signal, 528 Hertz, is among the six core creative frequencies of the universe because math doesn't lie, the geometry of physical reality universally reflects this music; these findings have been independently derived, peer reviewed, and empirically validated," Dr. Horowitz says.
The Solfeggio Scale and note names:
UT - 396 Hz - (Center Pillar of the Tree) - associated with releasing emotional patterns after: see RE-417Hz below.
RE - 417 Hz - (Left Pillar of the Tree) - associated with breaking up crystalized emotional patterns
MI - 528 Hz - (Right Pillar of the Tree) - relates to crown chakra; Dr. Puleo suggests an association with "DNA integrity" Transformation and Miracles
FA - 639 Hz - (Center Pillar of the Tree) - associated with whole brain quadrant interconnectedness. Connecting Relationships
SOL - 741 Hz - (Left Pillar of the Tree) - associated with intuitive states, non linear knowing. Awakening Intuition
LA - 852 Hz - (Right Pillar of the Tree) - associated with a pure love frequency: unconditional love and returning to Spiritual Order
The regular "C" that we all know of in this culture (which is from the diatonic scale of do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do) is not the 528 Hz frequency "C. A regular "C" vibrates at a frequency of 512 Hz.
The "C" of 528 Hz used for DNA repair is part of an ancient scale called the Solfeggio Scale. Dr Rife was another among the first to discover, how the frequency 528 strengthens the cell wall.

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay effects our body and behavior (programming).
The basic premise of NLP is that the words we use reflect an inner, subconscious perception of our problems. If these words and perceptions are inaccurate, they will create an underlying problem as long as we continue to use and to think them. Our attitudes are, in a sense, a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The neuro linguistic therapist will analyze every word and phrase you use in describing your symptoms or concerns about your health. He or she will examine your facial expressions and body movements. After determining problems in your perception, the therapist will help you understand the root cause. The therapist will help you remodel your thoughts and mental associations in order to fix your preconceived notions. These preconceived notions may be keeping you from achieving the success you deserve.
NLP will help you get out of these unhealthy traits and replace them with positive thoughts, and patterns that promote wellness.

The Tibetan Singing Bowls, some, hundreds of years old, are instruments from another culture and era now being revived as tools for personal and group growth as well as healing on an individual as well as global scale.
These instruments produce sounds which are relaxing, meditative and cosmic. In a meditative sense, they can be gateways to other realms. In a healing sense, they can be used to unblock inharmonious vibrations in the Aura, and re-harmonize the body.

Fractal Meditation uses shape, pattern, colour, motion and sound to help the viewer connect with the intrinsic order and sublime beauty that exists on the archetypal planes. The geometric images represent the self-organizing forces of creation and can be used to attune individual consciousness to the harmony of universal order.

Symmetry generally conveys two primary meanings. The first is an imprecise sense of harmonious or aesthetically-pleasing proportionality and balance; such that it reflects beauty or perfection. The second meaning is a precise and well-defined concept of balance or "patterned self-similarity" that can be demonstrated or proved according to the rules of a formal system: by geometry, through physics or otherwise.

Mandala is a term used to refer to various objects. It is of Hindu origin (Yantra), but is also used in other Indian religions, such as Buddhism as well as wide-spred Esoteric religions. In practice, mandala has become a generic term for any plan, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically, a microcosm of the Universe from the human perspective.
In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of aspirants and adepts, a spiritual teaching tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction. Its symbolic nature can help one to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.

3. ILLUMINATED VISION
|
The word psychedelic is an English term coined from the Greek words for "soul," ψυχή (psyche), and "manifest," δήλος (delos). A psychedelic experience is characterized by the perception of aspects of one's mind previously unknown, or by the creative exuberance of the mind liberated from its ostensibly ordinary fetters. Psychedelic states are an array of experiences elicited by sensory deprivation as well as by psychedelic substances. Such experiences include hallucinations, changes of perception, synesthesia, altered states of awareness, mystical states, and occasionally states resembling psychosis.

4. SUBTLE ENERGIES
|
The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centers in the body. Each of these centers correlates to major nerve ganglia branching forth from the spinal column. In addition the chakras also correlate to levels of consciousness, archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, body functions, and much, much more.
Chakras are energy centers. They function like receivers and transformers of the various forms of prana. Through the nadis, the chakras take in the vital energy and transform it into the frequencies needed by the various areas of the physical bodies for sustenance and development.

5. DIVINE FORMS
|
Buddhist meditation encompasses a variety of meditation techniques that develop mindfulness, concentration, tranquility and insight. Core meditation techniques are preserved in ancient Buddhist texts and have proliferated and diversified through the millennia of teacher-student transmissions. Non-Buddhists use these techniques for the pursuit of physical and mental health as well as for non-Buddhist spiritual aims. Buddhists pursue meditation as part of the path toward Enlightenment and Nirvana.

Meditation is a discipline in which the mind is focused on an object of thought or awareness. It usually involves turning attention to a single point of reference. The practice may engender a higher state of consciousness. Meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual and/or psychophysical practices which can emphasize development of either a high degree of mental concentration, or the apparent converse, mental quiescence.

The Hebrew word Merkabah (מרכבה "chariot") is used in Ezekiel [1:4-26] to refer to the throne-chariot of God, the four-wheeled vehicle driven by four living creatures, each of which has four wings and the four faces of a man, lion, ox, and eagle. Several movements in Jewish mysticism focuse on these passages from Ezekiel, seeking underlying meaning and the secrets of Creation in what they argued was the metaphoric language of the verses. Jewish biblical commentaries emphasize that the imagery of the Merkaba is not meant to be taken literally; rather the chariot and its accompanying angels are analogies for the various ways that God reveals Himself in this world. Hasidic philosophy and Kabbalah discuss at length what each aspect of this vision represents in this world, and how the vision does not imply that God is made up of these forms.

6. ESOTERIC DIMENSIONS
|
Cosmic consciousness is the concept that the universe is a living superorganism with which animals, including humans, interconnect, and form a collective consciousness which spans the cosmos. The idea bears similarity to Teilhard de Chardin's conception of the noosphere, James Lovelock's Gaia theory, to Hegel's Absolute idealism, and to Satori in Zen. It is reminiscent of Carl Jung's collective unconscious.
Cosmos refers to the universe as a whole, which is conceived to be an orderly, harmonious system; a complex orderly self-inclusive system; inconceivably extended in space or time. Consciousness refers to the complete alert state of the mind, and its sensory systems. Often considered the upper state of existences, in which self-awareness and individuality originate within the brain.

The Cosmic Cycle is called Brahma Cakra. It's named as such because it occurs within the Cosmic Entity (Brahma), starting and ending at the point of pure Cosmic awareness. So the whole universe exists within the infinite Cosmic Entity in a never-ending flow. All its diversities are the transitory transformations of part of the Cosmic Entity in a continual process, with different parts of existence at different stages at any one time. This implies that life and the universe will never end, but that parts of it are continuously being created from the Cosmic Entity and concurrently merging back into It.

7. UNIVERSAL TRUTH
|
Cymatics, the study of wave phenomena, is a science pioneered by Swiss medical doctor and natural scientist, Hans Jenny (1904-1972). For 14 years he conducted experiments animating inert powders, pastes, and liquids into life-like, flowing forms, which mirrored patterns found throughout nature, art and architecture. What's more, all of these patterns were created using simple sine wave vibrations (pure tones) within the audible range. So what you see is a physical representation of vibration, or how sound manifests into form through the medium of various materials.

In its most general sense, a cosmos is an orderly or harmonious system. It originates from a Greek term κόσμος meaning "order, orderly arrangement, ornaments," and is the antithetical concept of chaos. Today the word is generally used as a synonym of the word "Universe" (considered in its orderly aspect).
